Trading from Your Gut – Free on Kindle

by Curtis Faith on August 6, 2010

One of the reasons that I decided to switch publishers to Financial Times Press is that they seemed much more innovative and willing to take risks. Publishing is undergoing tectonic chaos. So publishers are going to need to take risks to survive the inevitable catastrophes, so I was pleased to see that they are offering a very interesting promotion for the Kindle version of Trading From Your Gut starting on Monday. The Kindle version will be free for the entire workweek, 8/9 through 8/14.

Yes, that’s right. Free.

Please spread the word.

This is a bold move and one that has seen surprising benefit in actual practice. Any readers of Seth Godin’s blog will note that he was an innovator in this sort of seemingly counter-intuitive practice.

It doesn’t seem to appear as free?

I just checked Amazon and it is listed for $0.00 for me. Odd.

Thank you very much for writing this and for allowing Amazon to offer such a fantastic deal! You will reap bountiful blessings!
I read your Way of the Turtle a while ago while I was trying to identify who I was as a trader. It helped me slow down and simplify. My style is something I call “TechnoVisual” and has much of what you write about in your latest book. I am a definite “right brain” person and figured that why fight it but find a way to harness it and put it to work.

I teach others to block the noise and look at the chart. It has all you need to trade if you will only focus and see the potential trade. I would love to communicate with you sometime to share some ideas and thoughts.

Thank you again for the great information! I hope you are richly blessed!

Curtis,

As you know, I think this is a great book. I could (and did) pick some nits, but….I don’t even bother with lesser works. I will be very interested in knowing how this donation to the world pans out, as we both believe that “what goes around, comes around” and therefore rather than wishing you blessings, I’m counting on it. Keep going for it!

Good show!

Doug
